Subject: Products Found Defective

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that I had bought 6 big black colored mugs from your store a week ago i.e. on 1st August, 2015. My receipt number is 1234567. All the mugs have lost their shine and the print over it is ripping off. Each mug was worth Rupees 550/- which is not a small amount. 4 out of 6 mugs have lost their handles only by holding them. Also, the mugs are unsustainable to hot water whereas the features mentioned on the box of the product say it is microwave proof. I hereby report to you about your defective product and demand for a refund or exchange for such low quality product sold at such high price. Big stores like yours must provide their valued customers with the best products and services to ensure retention of their clients.

I’ve provided my number in this letter and hope that you’ll consider my request. Kindly let me know what you are going to do about this defective product and how you can facilitate me for my loss.
